HIB Complaints & Student Discipline
I represent families in harassment, intimidation, and bullying complaints, as well as suspensions, expulsions, manifestation determinations, and other school discipline matters.
Teacher & School Staff Representation
I represent teachers and school staff through district investigations, disciplinary proceedings, tenure matters, certification issues, and employment disputes.
